What is MeetingVoice?

MeetingVoice is a new service provided by LimeAll Web Services Pvt Ltd. MeetingVoice's main objective is to provide unique services for enterprises and individuals. As an initial launch following services are offered.
  • Scheduled conference recording - Individuals or enterprises can use this service to record a conference call. MeetingVoice doesn't provide conferece bridge service. You can dial in any conference bridge and record the conference call. 
  • Offline conference commenting - If you are not attending the conference and want to play your recorded comments.
  • Conference transcript service 
  • MeetingVoice Enterprise Solution

What is Scheduled Conference Recording service?

So you are not going to attend that important conference call because of personal reasons and wanted to know what happened in the conference call.  You can do that with MeetingVoice, you can schedule the conference call recording and listen it at later time. 
  • Individuals can use this service to record and listen to public conferences. 
  • Enterprises could use this service to record and keep conference calls recordings as an archive.
  • Enterprises could use this service to record their quaterly conference calls, investor meetings etc and provide a link on their websites for public.

  2. Enter the conference dial in phone number.
  3. Enter the conference code, this is optional if the conference is open to all. 
  4. Select date and time of the conference.
  5. Select maximum duration of the recording. Maximum recording duration is up to 2 hours.
  6. Click on submit.
  7. MeetingVoice will call in the conference at the scheduled date and time and record it.
  8. After the conference completion you can login to MeetingVoice.com and check my recording option to listen to the recorded conference. You can also download the recorded audio file.



What is Offline Commenting service?
So you are not attending that design document review conference call but want to say something in the conference call. Well MeetingVoice introduced this unique service just for you. Now you can record a message before the conference call and that could be played during the conference call. You don't need to present in the conference call, sounds exciting?

See how you can do that: 
  1. Signup on MeetingVoice.com
  2. Enter your phone number (MeetingVoice will call this number for message recording, please try to mention your name in the message). 
  3. Enter the conference dial in phone number.
  4. Enter the conference code, this is optional if the conference is open to all. 
  5. Select date and time of the conference.
  6. Select maximum duration of the conference call. Maximum duration allowed is up to 2 hours.
  7. Click on submit. 
  8. You will get a comment digit which could be pressed during the conference to play your recorded message. Please try to send this number to someone who is attending the conference so he could play your recorded message.
  9. MeetingVoice will call in the conference at the scheduled date and time and play your recorded message. Message could be played by pressing the comment digit by anyone in the conference.


What is Conference Transcript service?
Using MeetingVoice you can create transcripts of the recorded conference. MeetingVoice takes 24 hours to deliver the transcripts after the completion of the conference recording. We do thorough quality check before delivering the transcripts. Transcripts are available in English, French, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Hindi and many more languages.


What is MeetingVoice Enterprise Solution?

MeetingVoice offers complete software solution which our customers can deploy in their network. This way they can keep the recorded conference calls in house.  Using MeetingVoice solution they can increase the productivity and reduce the communication gap. Departments can create their conference archive where employees can go and listen to the recorded conferences. Employees can also play their recorded messages during the conference if they are not attending. Explaining something in voice message takes lot less time than in writing. This is also useful for employees who are always on the run like sales and marketing folks.

MeetingVoice provides 2 free trials for its services, maximum duration of the conference  recording allowed is 5 minutes.
MeetingVoice charges 49.95$ per year for unlimited use of its services for individuals. Corporate customers can inquire about the price and our enterprise solution.

Conference transcript pricing of the recorded conference calls starts from just 10$.
